Description
Health Monitoring System, as the name suggests, is a smart AI that calculates practically everything you need to know about your health. The System aids in
- BMI Level,
- Diet Monitoring,
- Diet Suggestions,
- Footstep monitoring,
- Sleep Suggestion,
- Water Alarm.
So the user only needs to register in the system by providing his personal information and physical characteristics, and the system will handle the rest.
Food items with their fats, carbohydrates and protein levels are already saved in the database, and the user may add additional foods to assist the system monitor the user’s diet and providing recommendation.
