Description
The text-to-speech (TTS) technology translates regular text into speech. This technology allows the machine to read the text aloud in a human voice. There are several instances of Text to Speech conversions, such as public transportation announcements, customer service calls, voice assistants in cellphones, and machine navigation menus. TTS is also available in Microsoft Word, where you may configure it to read aloud the words in the document.
